The equipment used in our production lines is well-suited to the characteristics of each drug. We aim to enhance production efficiencies and achieve labor saving by maximizing automation of the manufacturing process. Currently, we boast a maximum annual production capacity of 10.6 billion tablets, 1,080 tons of granules, 90 million injection ampoules, 40 million vials and 82 million syringes, the largest single manufacturing plant in Japan.

Barrier Isolator System
We currently ensure that the production environment is exceedingly clean through the active introduction of barrier isolator systems in the manufacturing of sterile formulations such as pre-filled syringes.

Syringe Barrel Manufacturing
We have internalized the production of both resin and glass syringes. Manufacturing these products in-house enables us to control the materials, facilitating a higher degree of quality in production.

Fine Particle Coating
Our latest and most advanced manufacturing equipment provides drugs tailored to the patients needs. One example is the fine-particle coating machine, which processes drugs in a way that masks their bitter taste.
